Usage and Analytics
Usage & Analytics answers one question: where did the credits go. Pick a period, narrow it if you want, and the page reports what was spent, on what, by whom, and what the rest of the period is likely to cost.
The page is headed Usage & analytics, subtitled Track your credit usage and activity. The filters, metrics, charts and tables sit in one continuous pane, with rules separating major groups and consistent space around chart legends and controls. It is read-only. Nothing on it changes a setting or spends anything.
Open usage and analytics (opens in a new tab)An organisation admin sees the whole organisation, plus a member filter and a By member tab. Everyone else sees their own usage. Following a link to the member view without admin rights lands you on By feature instead.
Before you have any usage
On a brand-new account the page shows a panel headed No usage yet, reading Run your first AI feature to start tracking credit usage and activity here, followed by the getting-started checklist. The full dashboard replaces it once you have run something.
The filter strip
Set the period, then narrow it
One strip runs across the top and governs everything below it: the range you are looking at, then up to three filters, then the export. Every tile, chart and tab on the page redraws from it.

| Control | Where | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Range tabs | Left | 1D, 7D, 30D, 90D and Custom. 30D is the default |
| Start date and end date | Beside the tabs | Appear only on Custom, separated by to |
| Feature | Middle | All features, or one of Research, Drafting, Case Strategy, Document Review, Review Matrix, Timeline, Translation and File Upload |
| Project | Middle | All projects, or one project you have access to |
| Member | Middle | All users, or one member. Organisation admins only |
| Export CSV | Right | Downloads the current range as a CSV, honouring the feature and member filters |
The tiles
Four tiles sit under the strip.
| Tile | What it reports |
|---|---|
| Credits used | Credits spent in the range. On 30D the line beneath compares it against your included credits; on other ranges it names the period. A trend badge shows the change against the period before |
| On-demand credits used | Credits spent past the plan allowance. Subtitled Beyond included plan |
| Total activities | How many runs the range covers, with its own trend badge |
| Spend gauge | A dial of estimated on-demand spend against your monthly limit, with the percentage used underneath |
The chart
Credit usage over time is the full-width chart, subtitled Daily credit usage for the selected period, with the range it is drawing named in its header.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Area, Bars, Cumulative | Three ways to draw the same series |
| By feature | A fourth view, one stacked band per feature, offered when the period has per-feature data |
| Trend badge | The period's change against the period before |
| Projected badge | A run-rate projection for the period, shown as Projected and a credit figure. It appears only when the projection is above zero |
The footer reads Get an email when your credit balance is running low, with Manage credit alerts, which takes you to the Billing page. Alerts and spending limits are set there, not here.
Where your credits go
A card headed Where your credits go, subtitled Credits consumed by feature this period, holds two lists.
The upper list is one share bar per feature, up to six, each with its credit total and its percentage of the period. The lower list is headed Top actions by credits, with columns Action, Runs and Credits, showing the five actions that cost the most. Either can read that there is no data for this period.
Beside it, Recent sessions lists your most recent sessions in the period, with View all activity to open the full log.
The two summaries
Top features by usage, subtitled Features contributing most to credit consumption, and Top projects by usage, subtitled Projects with the highest credit consumption, each show a ranked top five with a link into the matching tab below.
The drill-down tabs
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| By feature | Credit usage by feature, Percentage share of total credits used. |
| By project | Credit usage by project, Credit consumption across your projects |
| By member | Usage by team members, Individual consumption across your organization, with columns Member, Credits used, Activities, Share and Last active. Organisation admins only |
| By action | Credit usage by action, Credits consumed per action type · avg per run in credits |
| Activity log | Credit activity log, One row per session. Expand a row to see its individual charges |
The activity log carries columns Last activity, Member, Feature, Activity, Turns, Status and Credits. A row expands in place to show the individual charges that made up that session, and the table pages through the period with the range shown beneath it. An empty period reads No activity logs available for this period.
When there is nothing to show
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| No usage in this period with Try a wider date range or clear your filters to see activity | The range and filters are genuinely empty |
| Couldn't load usage data, with Retry | A request failed and there was nothing to fall back on |
| Some usage data failed to load above the chart | One request failed, but the rest of the page still has real numbers in it |
