Why use templates
The same review checklist, the same due-diligence questions, the same chronology of dates — most legal work repeats. Rebuilding that setup on every matter is slow, and doing it from memory means two associates reviewing the same kind of agreement can end up checking different things.
Templates solve this by:
- Capturing the work you repeat once — configure your review criteria, questions, date types, or outline a single time and reuse them on every similar matter.
- Keeping your team consistent — everyone reviewing a lease or running a due-diligence pass starts from the same expert baseline.
- Recommending what fits your files — Judicio suggests the templates that match the documents you have selected.
- Living in one place — review, research, drafting, timeline, and matrix templates all share a single hub.

How it works
- Open Templates from the top navigation. The hub opens on a tool tab (Document Review, Review Matrix, Timeline, Research, Drafting).
- Filter by category — My templates, Judicio templates, or Shared with me — and search or filter by practice-area tag.
- Preview a template to see exactly what it checks, asks, extracts, or drafts.
- Use it in a feature in one click, or create your own — by hand, with AI from a description, or extracted from a document.
- Save and share — keep a template private or share it across your organisation.
