Account and billing
Judicio charges in two layers. A subscription sets what your account is allowed to do and how many credits it receives each billing period. Credits then pay for the individual AI actions you run. Everything to do with both lives on one screen.
Select Billing & Invoices in the Settings rail, or the entry of the same name in the avatar menu. The page is headed Billing & invoices.
- Plans: Starter, Professional and Organization. Every plan carries all seven AI tools.
- Trial: 7 days, no card, 500 credits and 500 free upload pages.
- Billing interval: monthly or yearly, switchable at any time.
- Seats: Organization only, from 2 to 20 in-app. Beyond that, contact sales.
- Credits: one shared pool per account, refilled each billing period, with packs you can buy on top.
- Deep Mode: included on the trial, Professional and Organization. Not on Starter.

Who can change what
On a personal plan you own everything on the billing screen.
On Organization, the subscription owner and organisation admins manage the plan, the seats, the card and credit purchases. Other members work in the product normally, but Billing & Invoices is hidden from their Settings rail and the billing page turns them away. The Credit alerts switch is the exception: it is a personal notification preference, so it belongs to whoever is signed in.
