A pass down the settings rail, from your profile to where the credits went.

Getting in

Where is Settings? I cannot find it in the sidebar.

It is not in the sidebar. Select the avatar at the right-hand end of the top bar. The menu that opens links straight to Profile, Security, Preferences, Billing & Invoices and Usage & Analytics, plus Organization if you are an admin.

How do I get back to what I was doing?

Use the close control at the right of the settings header. It returns you to the screen you opened settings from, or to the dashboard home if you came in by a direct link.

Why does the Organization entry not appear for me?

The rail hides it unless Judicio has confirmed you are an admin of an organisation. If you are an admin and it is still missing, give the page a moment: the entry is held back while your role is being checked, so it never flickers into view for a member.

Your account

How do I change my email address?

Not from the Email field, which is not editable. It is your sign-in identity. Contact support to move an account to a new address.

How do I change my password?

There is no password. Judicio signs you in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google or Microsoft account. Security names which of those you use, and there is nothing to reset.

I changed my mobile number and Save changes will not take it.

Editing the number clears its verified state, so it has to be checked again before the profile can be saved. Select Verify, enter the six-digit code sent by SMS, wait for the Verified badge, then save. Saving before that shows Please verify your mobile number to continue.

Can I have more than one jurisdiction?

Yes, up to five. The first one you add is your primary, and carries a PRIMARY badge. Trying to add a sixth shows You can select up to 5 jurisdictions. You cannot save with none: that is refused with Select at least one jurisdiction before saving.

Some roles disappeared when I changed my jurisdictions.

The role list is filtered by your jurisdictions, so it re-filters whenever they change. A role you had already saved is never dropped for you. Instead a note appears reading One or more of your selected roles isn't standard in your jurisdictions, and you can either pick a current role or add the jurisdiction that role belongs to.

Preferences

Which settings save straight away, and which wait for a button?

Theme applies the moment you pick it, and Auto-detect jurisdictions writes on the spot. Everything else on the page is staged and written by Save preferences, with Discard changes to back out. Your profile image is the same kind of exception on Profile: it uploads as soon as you pick it, while the rest of that page waits for Save changes.

Does the Language setting change the language my answers come back in?

No. Language in Appearance is the interface. The language an answer or a draft is written in is chosen per run, on that feature's composer.

I turned off Email notifications. Will I stop getting everything?

No. The toggles govern the informational emails. Messages you need in order to use or keep the account, such as your sign-in code, still arrive.

Organisations

I am on the Organisation plan but the page asks me to finish setup.

You have paid for the plan but the organisation workspace was never created. Finish setup on that screen takes you through creating it. Members cannot be invited until it exists.

Does changing the organisation's default jurisdictions update everyone?

No, and the card says so. Default jurisdictions pre-seed the picker for people invited from now on. Existing members keep whatever they set on their own Profile.

An invitation is holding a seat. How do I get it back?

Select Revoke on that row of Pending invitations. Pending invitations count against your seat total, so revoking one frees the seat immediately. Seat counts and pricing live in Team management.

Why did some invitations send and others fail?

The modal sends one row at a time. If any fail, it stays open holding only the failed rows with the reason on each, so you can correct those without re-typing the ones that went out.

Usage

The numbers look wrong for the period I care about.

Check the range tabs first. The page opens on 30D, so a longer or shorter window needs 1D, 7D, 90D or Custom. Then check the feature, project and member lists, which stay applied as you switch tabs.

Why can I not see my colleagues' usage?

The member filter and the By member tab are for organisation admins. Everyone else sees their own usage only.

Troubleshooting

The page says some usage data failed to load.

One request failed while the others succeeded, so the figures on screen are real but incomplete. Reload the page. If the whole page failed, it shows Couldn't load usage data with a Retry button instead.

A device I do not recognise is on my Active sessions list.

Sign it out from its row, or use Sign out all other devices to clear everything except the browser you are in. Then confirm Security alerts is on in Preferences so future session changes reach your inbox.

My profile image will not upload.

The card accepts JPG, PNG and GIF only, up to 2 MB. Another format or a larger file is refused with a message naming the rule it broke.

The slug will not save.

Slugs take lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only. Anything else fails with Slug can only contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, and an empty one fails with Slug is required. The card stays open so you can correct it.

Settings sent me to an account status page.

An account that has been deactivated loses the settings pages. Where the problem is a payment, the billing page stays reachable so it can be fixed. See Account status.
