Team Management
The Organisation plan lets your team share a workspace with centralised billing and role-based access. Members are managed in Settings → Organization, and seats are managed on the Billing & invoices page.
Team features are available on the Organisation plan only. On Professional, see Subscription Plans to upgrade.
Roles and permissions
Judicio organisations have two roles.
- Admin
- Member
Admin
Admins have full control over the organisation's settings, billing, and membership.
- Invite and remove members
- Switch any member between Admin and Member
- Manage seats and billing, and add tax details
- Access and manage all shared projects
- Configure organisation settings (name, jurisdictions, defaults)
- Share organisation-wide templates and workflows
- View credit usage across the organisation
- Everything a Member can do
The person who creates the organisation is automatically the first Admin, and you can promote others — you can have several Admins.
Member
Members contribute to shared work but cannot administer the organisation.
Can:
- Access shared projects and their documents
- Run analyses and create new projects
- Use organisation-wide templates and workflows
- Export documents and results
- View their own credit usage
Cannot:
- Invite or remove members, or change roles
- Access billing, invoices, or tax details
- Modify organisation settings
Inviting teammates
Open the Members card
Go to Settings → Organization. The Members card lists everyone in your organisation with their Role and Joined date.
Click Invite member
Click Invite member (the + button, top-right of the Members card). The Invite users dialog opens.
Enter emails and a role
Type one or more email addresses — separate several with commas to invite a batch at once — and pick a role (Member or Admin) from the dropdown. Click Send invite.
Invitees receive an email with a join link. If they already use Judicio they can accept and join immediately; if they're new, the link walks them through sign-up and then adds them to your organisation. Judicio confirms with a toast (for example, "Invitation sent to …" or "Invitations sent to 3 users").
Inviting people with their work email keeps personal and professional Judicio accounts cleanly separated and makes access easier to manage.
Pending invitations
Invitations that haven't been accepted yet appear in the Pending invitations card on the same page, showing each invitee's Email, Role, and Send date. To withdraw one before it's accepted, click Revoke on that row — it frees the reserved seat and confirms with "Invitation revoked."
Managing existing members
Changing a member's role
Open the member's actions menu
In the Members card, click the ⋯ (more actions) button on the member's row.
Switch their role
Choose Switch to Admin or Switch to Member. Judicio updates the role immediately and confirms with "Role updated."
Every organisation needs at least one Admin. Promote another member to Admin before stepping yourself down, so the organisation is never left without one.
Removing a member
Open the actions menu
In the Members card, click the ⋯ button on the member you want to remove.
Remove the user
Choose Remove user and confirm. Judicio confirms with "Member removed."
When a member is removed:
- They immediately lose access to all shared projects and organisation resources.
- Their personal projects, if any, stay in their individual account.
- Analyses they ran inside the organisation are preserved and remain accessible to other members.
- Their seat is freed and can be reassigned to someone new.
Managing seats
Each seat covers one teammate, and each seat adds 5,000 credits to your shared pool. Seats are managed on the billing page (admins only).
Open Manage seats
Go to Settings → Billing & invoices and, in the plan banner, click Manage seats.
Set the seat count
Use the − / + counter (minimum 2, maximum 50) and watch the new total update. Click Update seats.
- Adding seats applies immediately — prorated for the rest of the cycle — and the extra credits land in the pool right away.
- Removing seats is scheduled for your next renewal, with a "Cancel scheduled change" option if you reconsider.
You can't drop below the number of people already in the organisation (active members plus pending invitations). Remove or revoke them first, then reduce seats. Full details in Managing Your Subscription.
The shared credit pool
On Organisation, credits are pooled across all seats:
- Total monthly credits = number of seats × 5,000.
- Everyone draws from the same pool, so a heavy month for one person balances against a light month for another.
- Admins can see where credits are going in the per-feature usage breakdown on Settings → Billing & invoices → Credits.
Review the usage breakdown periodically to confirm your seat count still gives the team enough credits — and add seats from Manage seats when you need more headroom.
