Review Matrix

Review Matrix lets you ask a set of questions across an entire collection of documents and receive structured, citation-backed answers in return. Instead of reading a large contract set one by one, you define the questions that matter and let Judicio extract the answers from every document simultaneously — into a clear, comparable grid.

Why use Review Matrix​

Legal professionals routinely need to extract the same information from large document sets. Review Matrix turns hours of manual reading into a single, automated extraction pass:

  • M&A due diligence -- Extract key terms, obligations, change-of-control provisions, assignment clauses, and risk factors from a large set of target-company contracts.

How it works​

  1. Select documents -- Choose the documents you want to analyze from your project's file library. You can select anywhere from a single document to hundreds.
  2. Author questions -- Define what you want to extract. Use Smart mode to let AI generate relevant questions, pick a pre-built Template, or write Custom questions in plain English.
  3. Run extraction -- Judicio processes every document against every question. Progress streams in real time so you can monitor the extraction as it runs.
  4. Review answers -- Examine the results in Table, By document, By question, or Insights view. Check confidence scores, follow source citations back to the original text, and edit any answers that need correction.
  5. Export results -- Download the completed matrix in your preferred format for reporting, further analysis, or sharing with stakeholders.
Credit usage

Review Matrix uses credits based on the number of documents and questions in your extraction. A larger document set or more questions will consume more credits. See Credits Explained for detailed pricing.
