Billing & Invoices
Everything to do with payments — invoices, your saved card, tax details, and billing cycles — lives on the Invoices tab of Settings → Billing & invoices.
Open Billing & invoicesPayment providers
Judicio routes you to the best provider for your region automatically, based on your billing country. You never pick one manually.
| Region | Provider | Supported methods |
|---|---|---|
| India | Razorpay | Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets |
| International | Dodo | Credit/debit cards and other regional methods |
Razorpay gives Indian customers native UPI, bank cards, and net banking; Dodo handles international cards and currencies. The result is low fees and reliable processing wherever you are. Your saved card is shown in the plan banner as "Card on file · via [provider]".
Billing cycles
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, starting from your subscription date.
- A monthly cycle renews on the same day each month (subscribe on the 15th, renew on the 15th); an annual cycle renews on the same date each year.
- Your allocated credits reset at the start of each cycle. Unused allocated credits do not carry over; purchased credit packs are not reset.
- The plan banner always shows your Next billing date.
Viewing and downloading invoices
Open the Invoices tab
Go to Settings → Billing & invoices and click the Invoices tab. You'll see your Invoice history — every billing statement and credit top-up.
Filter to find an invoice
Use the two dropdowns at the top right to narrow the list by month (last 12 months) and by status — All statuses, Paid, Pending, Overdue, or Void.
Read the columns
Each row shows the Date, a Description (the provider invoice number), the Status, the Payment method (card brand and last four digits), the Subtotal, Tax, Total, and the date it was Paid.
Open the PDF
Click View at the end of any row to open that invoice's PDF in a new tab — ready to download for your records or to forward to your firm's accounts team.
Invoices appear here once they're generated — typically at your first payment and on each renewal. If a filter returns nothing, widen it back to All months / All statuses.
Updating your payment method
Your saved card is managed in your provider's secure billing portal, not inside Judicio.
Click Update
In the plan banner, find the Payment method tile ("Card on file") and click Update.
Update your card in the portal
Judicio opens your provider's hosted billing portal in the same window. Add or replace your card there and save. Your new card is used for all future charges; when you return to Judicio, the banner reflects the change.
If your card is expiring or has changed, update it before your next billing date to avoid any interruption to your service.
Tax details (GSTIN)
Organisation admins can attach a GSTIN / tax ID so it prints on every invoice.
Open Tax details
On the Invoices tab (as an Organisation admin), find the Tax details card and click Add GSTIN — or Edit if one is already saved.
Enter your GSTIN and business name
Type your GSTIN and your Legal business name, then click Save. From then on, both appear on every invoice and PDF you generate.
- India: invoices include GST as applicable, and your saved GSTIN once added.
- International: VAT or local tax may apply based on your billing address.
Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails:
- Judicio sends you an email explaining the problem.
- The provider retries the charge over the following days.
- You can update your card from the plan banner's Update button at any time.
- During the grace period your account stays fully functional; if the charge isn't resolved in time, access drops to read-only until the balance is settled.
No data is deleted because of a failed payment. The moment it's resolved, full access returns.
Billing for Organisation plans
- The monthly (or annual) charge is the per-seat price multiplied by your seat count.
- Adding seats mid-cycle is prorated for the rest of the period; removing seats takes effect at your next renewal.
- A single invoice covers the whole organisation — individual members are never billed separately.
- Only admins (and the subscription owner) can see billing information and tax details; Members cannot.
