Integrations
Integrations connects your firm's document systems to Judicio and keeps chosen folders mirrored between them. The page is headed Integrations, subtitled Connect your document systems to sync folders with Judicio.
It is an admin page, and it appears in the rail only where document-system sync is turned on for your deployment. It runs the same three checks as Organisation settings: the Organisation plan, a created workspace, and admin rights, each with its own screen and its own button.

Four cards stack down the page: SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive and DocuSign. Each carries its logo, its name and a status badge.

Connecting one
An unconnected card carries one line and one button. SharePoint, OneDrive and Google Drive read Mirror the system's folders into Judicio projects and push work products back, with Connect. DocuSign reads Pull completed DocuSign envelopes into a Judicio folder on a schedule, with its own Connect.
Connect opens that provider's sign-in in a separate window. When it finishes, the card fills in.
A connected document system

Disconnect opens a modal titled after the system, for example Disconnect SharePoint?, which states what happens: every synced folder on the connection stops syncing, files already in Judicio stay, and nothing in the source system is touched. Cancel backs out, Disconnect goes ahead.
DocuSign
DocuSign pulls completed envelopes in. It is one-way, and it does not use the folder wizard, because envelopes are not a folder tree.

The Sync folder wizard
Set up synced folder… opens a modal titled Sync folder. It runs four steps, and the footer shows dots and the name of the step you are on. Back moves you one step back, and the primary button carries the step's own label.
Provider
Headed Choose a document system, with the line Select an organization connection to sync folders from. Each connected system is a selectable row showing its logo, its name, the account it uses and a Connected badge. A system with no connection shows Connect instead, and one reading Needs reconnect cannot be selected until it is renewed.
Continue moves on.
Remote folders
Headed Select remote folders, with the line Choose one or more folders to mirror into Judicio.
For SharePoint, two lists sit above the tree: one to pick the site, placeholder Select site, and one to pick the drive, placeholder Select drive. The drive list stays disabled until a site is chosen. OneDrive and Google Drive load their tree straight away.
The tree carries a checkbox per folder and expands as you open branches. Tick every folder you want mirrored, then Continue.
Review and confirm
Headed Review & confirm, with a line counting how many remote folders will be mirrored at the project root.
Judicio estimates the size of the first pull while you wait, showing Estimating backfill size…, then a panel with the estimate. Where the folders are large enough to spend beyond your included allowance, a checkbox appears reading I understand this sync may use included pages and overflow credits beyond the free allowance, and the wizard will not proceed until it is ticked. Where enumeration was bounded, a note says the estimate may undercount a large folder.
Credit cap for this mapping (optional) takes a number, placeholder No cap, and applies to this mapping alone.
Start sync commits.
Initial sync
Headed Initial sync. While files are moving the line reads Pulling files into Judicio. You can keep working. Progress continues in the background. One row per mapping shows the remote path, the Judicio folder it maps to, a running file count and a Syncing badge.
While the first pull is running the modal cannot be closed with the close control or the Escape key, and the button reads Run in background, which lets you leave it running and get on with something else. Once every row shows Done the line changes to Initial sync finished. Synced folders stay up to date automatically, and the button becomes Done.
