Who can use it
Why don't I see Lookup in the sidebar?
Lookup is hidden unless the catalogue says it is available. Any of these gates can keep it off:

| Lookup is not enabled for your account | An administrator can turn this on for your organisation. |

| Lookup needs an organisation plan | Lookup requires an organisation subscription, not a personal seat alone. |
| Lookup requires an organization workspace | Ask an administrator to add you to an organization, or create one from your workspace settings. |
| Lookup is not enabled in this environment | This deployment does not have Lookup turned on. |
Is Lookup an AI workspace?
No. It searches public records and can import documents into File Library. It is not one of the seven AI intent chips on the dashboard home.
Which countries does Lookup cover?
India only, for now.
Credits and retrieval
What does unlocking company filings cost?
60 credits, confirmed before anything is charged. The registry usually takes 10 to 30 minutes. See Unlocking records.
Can I import court orders without paying that fee?
Court-case original documents are a separate import path from the company-filings unlock. The unlock panel is for company filing PDFs.
